GHome Smart Light Strip: Broad Compatibility The GHome Smart Gateway is compatible with smart door locks and other smart devices that support the Tuya Smart and Smart Life App. During the pairing process, ensure that your smartphone and the gateway are connected to the same 2.4GHz WiFi network.

Remote Control Capabilities With the G2 Bluetooth gateway WiFi Hub, you can remotely turn on/off or set a password for your smart door lock, even while away from home. This WiFi Gateway also supports adding and deleting fingerprints anytime, anywhere. You can check the records about unlocking, door status, and battery life remotely in real-time via the Tuya Smart APP or Smart Life App.

Stable and Reliable Performance The Bluetooth single point & Mesh signal is steady, with wide coverage and strong wall penetration ability. It also features low heat generation and low power consumption, ensuring reliable and consistent performance.

Voice Control Integration The GHome Smart Gateway supports voice control functionality, allowing you to work with Alexa and Google Home (Alexa and Google Home devices not included) to achieve voice control of your smart appliances. However, please note that some GHome Smart door locks, such as K10-01, K10PRO-01, K10PRO-02, and K02APRO, do not have built-in voice control capabilities.

Troubleshooting: Smart Gateway Connection Issues If you encounter issues with the smart gateway connection, we suggest ensuring that the distance between the lock and gateway is 10 feet or less. The wifi gateway requires a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi connection and does not support 5GHz WiFi.

Regarding voice control, the Bluetooth gateway can be voice-controlled, but the connected smart devices need to support voice control, such as smart plugs and smart switches. Unfortunately, you cannot use voice control with Google Home or Alexa for GHome Smart door locks.

The Bluetooth gateway does support remote unlocking. After connecting to the Bluetooth gateway, you can remotely control GHome Smart door locks through the app, allowing you to easily open the door of your home even when you're away, such as in the office.
